At Mel’s Pugs, we want every puppy to go to a loving home that’s the perfect match. Here’s how our adoption process works:

1. Verbal Screening – We’ll start with a quick phone chat to ensure it’s a great fit for both you and one of our pups.

2. Deposit & Info – Once approved, you’ll provide your contact information for our records and place a $100 non-refundable deposit (which also determines your pick order).

3. Pick Your Puppy – When the puppies are born, we’ll contact you (based on your deposit order) so you can choose your pup.

4. Stay Connected – We ask that you download WhatsApp, where we’ll send you weekly videos and updates of your growing puppy!

5. Visit Your Puppy – You’re welcome to visit your puppy in person after they turn 4 weeks old.

6. Final Payment & Pickup – When your puppy is 8 weeks old, the remaining balance is due (via Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo), and you’ll get to take your new best friend home!

   • Optional: You’re welcome to make payments ahead of time, as long as the full balance is paid by pickup.

7. Puppy Pickup Day – You’ll receive your puppy pack, along with all vaccination and health records.

Note: If the litter does not include the color or sex you requested, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Pricing (includes full breeding rights):

• Fawn: Males – $1,000 | Females – $1,200

• Black & Brindle: $1,500

• Silver: $1,800

• White: $2,500–$2,800
